VyBoost takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data is collected, why, and how it is protected, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected
When you create an account and place an order, VyBoost collects the following data:
- Email address and password (encrypted), to create and manage your account
- Order history (service, quantity, price, link or username provided, status)
- Payment data processed directly by our provider Stripe — VyBoost never has access to or stores your full banking details
- Messages sent via the contact form (name, email, message content)
VyBoost never asks for or collects your social media login credentials.
Purposes of processing
Your data is used to:
- Create and manage your customer account
- Process, execute and track your orders
- Contact you if needed regarding an order
- Respond to requests submitted via the contact form
- Comply with our legal and accounting obligations
Data recipients
Your data is processed by VyBoost and shared only with providers necessary to deliver the service:
- Stripe, for secure payment processing
- Resend, for sending transactional emails (order confirmations, etc.)
- Our host Vercel, for the technical hosting of the site and database
These providers only use your data for purposes strictly necessary to their role, and are themselves bound by confidentiality obligations.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to manage your account and orders, and for the periods required by our legal and accounting obligations (in particular for invoicing).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your personal data. You can exercise these rights at any time by contacting us via the contact form or by email at contact@vyboost.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL) — cnil.fr.
Security
VyBoost implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure, including password encryption and secure (HTTPS) connections.
Cookies
The site only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (maintaining your login session). Under applicable regulations, these cookies do not require prior consent, as they are essential to the operation of the service requested by the user.
